Mike & Caroline

Michael Lindsey and Caroline Nelson are a classical guitar and vocal duo based in Charleston, SC.  Their repertoire consists largely of delicately-arranged jazz standards, but they have also been known to throw in the occasional bossa nova piece in Portuguese or a French romantic piece from the 1800s. Michael also has an extensive solo guitar setlist including works from Heitor Villa-lobos, Roland Dyens,  Isaac Albeniz, and Francisco Tarrega.

Jeep White

Jeep White was born and raised in the remote mountains of West Virginia. The great grandson of Valentine " Judge Wall" Hatfield, he grew up on mountain music and a heritage filled with tales and stories of the Hatfield McCoy Feud. The difficulties connected to the coal mining business in Appalachia, gave him the incentive to relocate to the musically rich shores of South Carolina. He has played in Country, Hillbilly, Rock & Roll, Top 40 and Blues Bands throughout the years. The music scene in Charleston, South Carolina, has allowed him to perform with some of the best musicians around, and given him the opportunity to resurrect a lifetimes worth of songwriting. A cross between Hank Williams, Johnny Cash and Neil Young, his original songs tell stories of the loves, struggles, triumphs and failures of the lives we lead. From serious to amusing, his storyful songs are full of emotion and are sure to touch you, make you think, make you laugh and make you cry.

Tom Strickland

Tom is a singer/songwriter/guitarist from Glasgow West Virginia (about 25 miles east of Charleston).  Tom started playing guitar taught to him by his mother as a teenager.  He soon joined his first band and started playing at local bars and restaurants in the Charleston area.  He discovered his love for song writing and even had a local hit on the radio back in the 70’s.  He has been compared to John Denver and James Taylor.  He has been referred to as “the walking juke box”, because he can usually perform just about anything requested by his audience. Tom moved to Ladson South Carolina back in 2000 and has enjoyed performing with local musicians as well as a solo artist.
