Farmers Markets abound here in South Carolina. Join us at any of the markets listed below and shop from your friends and neighbor. Enjoy the free range chicken eggs, antibiotic and hormone free chicken, pork, and beef; find some local produce or seafood. Shop with local artisans as well. Oh, and of course you will always find the freshest roasted coffee by the cup or the pound, fresh cold pressed Ice Coffee, hand crafted sodas, and house made Kombucha tea at our booth at either of these locations. Just follow that fabulous smell.

6/13-Monday Meditative Monday’s 5:30-6:30 - Slow Flow and meditation -The perfect opportunity to take your time moving through a beautifully sequenced flow infused with mindfulness and meditation practices. Yoga $10
6/14-Tuesday Tasty Yoga 9:00am Tasty Tuesday - All levels class based on the art of moving with breath. Here you will experience stringing poses together into dynamic sequences of intentional breathing and movement. As the sequencing evolves, the practice becomes more like a moving meditation, helping you to unlock deep-seated tension and distraction. $10 for yoga and $15 if you would like yoga and breakfast. Breakfast will consist of oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and nuts.
6/15-Wednesday Night Cap Yoga 6:30pm-9pm Nightcap Yoga is an All Levels Class. Bring a yoga mat if you have one. $10 for the yoga class or $15 for the yoga class and a beverage. Come experience a unique form of yoga with a fusion of the teachers formerly from The Yoga Loft of Summerville and CCR
6/16-Thursday Tasty Yoga 9am Slow Flow all levels class featuring Elizabeth Williams formerly from the Yoga Loft. $10 for yoga and $15 if you would like yoga and breakfast. Author! Author! and 3rd Thursday “Author! Author!” is Summerville’s annual town-wide book signing event. Local authors will be stationed in shops throughout the Historic Downtown. Visitors are invited to drop in and chat with the authors, buy books and have them signed. The event is open to the public and is offered as part of DREAM’s monthly Third Thursday celebration of Historic Downtown Summerville. Open Mic Night hosted byFleming Moore 7pm-9:30pm Come on out and experience something new and exciting every week. Talented musicians from all over the area come and share their gifts and flair with you the audience. You never know who will show up.
6/17-Friday Chris Bauer 7pm-9pm Chris has songs in his blood. When he was 17, he was playing and singing his self written tunes to a crowd of 700 in rural Colorado. In 2004, he formed a band with fellow musicians from his small university in South Carolina, who played together until their senior year and made 2 pop/rock albums filled with rich harmonies and soulful lyrics.
He went on to form Campfield, beginning as a 2-piece duo with Chris switching between guitar and keyboard, and his friend Roger on drums. They also went on to make two solid albums and played in Charleston, SC for 2 years.
Since Campfield's members disbanded, Chris has continued to write and play constantly, releasing a solo EP in summer 2010 titled "Break the Box"
He currently can be found performing songs that span his 11 year career, as well as some favorite covers that span 6 decades.
6/18 Joshua Jarman 7pm-9pmJoshua is one of the “C”s very own. He has a well rounded sound that encompasses each dynamic of his music.You will enjoy percussive acoustic guitar playing style, coupled with finger tapped lead lines. Definitely an evening you do not want to miss.
